2. Mindset

How long does it take?

How long do you have to train to reach first Mindgasms? Everyone is different. Given you follow the recommended exercise frequency, this is a realistic timeframe:

Basic strength & stamina

You can gain the basic necessary strenght muscles through daily training in 2-4 weeks. While training strenght, Mindgasm lessons are also building stamina. You'll be able to keep going as strong and long as you want after 2-3 months.

Independent control

This phase takes longer, though first result can be felt after 2 weeks. To gain full control can take anywhere between 1 to 6 months. Luckily your path there is full of pleasurable discoveries and it becomes more and more exciting as you advance. In the process, you'll learn to get to know your body a lot better.
